Note: I ALREADY checked the FAQ page and found a solution to my problem, but I am looking for further information.

I am suddenly unable to use my CTRL keyboard shortcuts in PhotoShop CS (Windows XP Pro). I have been using them in CS without problem for several months, then my old hard drive failed. I got a new one, was able to transfer my files, reinstalled my programs, and I now have the CTRL shortcut problem.

I have a completely legal version of PhotoShop CS and a Logitech cordless iTouch keyboard. I checked Logitech’s website for an updated driver, which the FAQ answer suggested, but I didn’t find anything.

Can someone point me in the right direction for an updated keyboard driver from Logitech’s website?

Thanks,
Karen Rilett

Does your keyboard have F lock? if so, that may be preventing the shortcuts working. Be sure it is engaged.
