Action Question (Crop/Straighten/Save)

I have created an action that employs the "crop and straighten" command with a save function.

The new action used a fresh scan of 4 pics with 4 save steps for each file. When I run the action it does a couple of saves, then prompts me for a save as on the other 2.

I am assuming someone else has already crossed this bridge, I would appreciate any guidance. Thanks in advance.
