Problem with i960

I just bought an i960 (Win.
When I am trying to print a 4×6, the size of the print is a lot smaller than what it should be. When I try on my Epson 870, everything works fine.
Does anybody have an idea of it might be?

I didn’t think Windows ran on Intel 960 chips.
