PSE 1 vs. PSE 2 vs. PSE 3

I currently have PSE 1. I've been considering updating to PSE 2 or 3. PSE 2 can be had cheap on eBay but I do not have a good feel for either added features or actual better digital photo correction (read capability and effeciency) for these 2 vs. one another and PSE 1.

I was hoping someone here who had used all three could comment.
