The patch tool was there and my computer went into hybernation then when I loaded photoshop back up the patch tool was gone. Any help that would tell me where it went would be great.

Oh, I imagine if you click and hold on the healing tool you'll find it again :)

Note all the tools with little down arrows ...
There are additional tools lurking under every one of them :)
