Hello. I've searched google and Adobe Studio Exchange but i didn't find it.
I'm looking for a script (or action ?) to extract the IPTC Headline from all files in a directory and create ONE other file with all these headlines.
So i would save it (PDF ?), print, cut and put in my (printed) album. No need to write all that comments again !!!
Is there such a beast ?
I am reading the manuals from Adobe Photoshop scripting and trying to do it. Main problems now are:
how to get the name of all files in the directory ?
Where do i get the IPTC Headline (object and properties) ?
I am trying to do it in Javascript;
Version 2 would have a graphical interface (how do i do it ?), where you could choose the directory, define the sort order, and choose the font, size, color, etc.
Help is appreciated.
Thank you.
