I'm having a perplexing problems with Photoshop 7.0.1 Windows. When I convert a color photo to greyscale and then print a quadtone using say, Pantone 431, etc., the image seems fine. If I then change to a cool grey 10, save the file and print, I get the same Pantone print, not the cool grey. Closing and reloading Photoshop doesn't solve the problem. What am I missing ?
