Circle/Options Marquee Tool?

I would need to drag a circle with the marquee tool from its center. is there a easy possibility by shortcut-options or do I need to think the complicated way?

Well, line - tool would do alsom but the main question is "drag circle from center via radius"

Hold shift to make a perfect circle and alt to draw from the center point.
