help with batch action file saving

Since I upgraded to CS I am having trouble running batch actions. Once I create my action and save it then try to run the action on a folder I either get the save as dialoge between every filr or it runs the action and dosnt save it. I have tried it with and with out a save command in the action. Any help appreciated.

Assuming you have a Save As... command in your action to convert images from, say, .psd to .jpg format, do this: In the File > Automate > Batch command, turn ON the option "Override Action 'Save as' commands."

Give that a go.
