Does anyone have a quick tutorial for creating a brushed aluminum/metal effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t have the tutorial in front of me, but I remember something along these lines:

1) Fill the layer with grey.
2) Use the Add Noise Filter.
3) Use the motion blur filter (or maybe wind filter?).

I’d guess that you would play with the opacity of this. Hopefully someone else has a tutorial for this.
