CS3 slow to open Jpegs.

I doubt whether there is any difference between 2 and 3GB Ram to Photoshop. Maybe Photoshop don't even notice it (when it become more than 2GB).
Do you have many more extras (plug ins, etc) running on CS3 than what you had on CS2?
