Cannot resize the brushes using the bracket keys. Why?
I'm using PS CS on my PC.

Try dumping your prefs...Alt+Control+Shift while launching Photoshop. Click yes or OK to delete the current prefs which will be replaced by the default settings like when you first opened Photoshop.

Have you tried to reset your settings? I'm pretty sure its a default for the
[ & ] to perform the up & down brush sizes.

Dumping my settings doesn't solve the problem. My keyboard is Norwegian, but cannot find other keys for shortcut.
