Version Cue problem

Hola
I "enable" version cue in Photoshop CS, now Version Cue it's trying to Initiate and I cannot open or do anything in photoshop. Any ideas how to fix it?
I called Adobe Tech.support and got the news that I have to pay $39 if I want help with this problem. MMMM... let's see. If I make a program with a lot of bugs, chances are that people will have to contact me in order to fix their problems. If I charge $39 per problem, I may not going toget rich with the program, but I going to get rich fixing my own bugs.

Any ideas about this problem?
Or I have to pay the $39?

Thanks for your responds, but I fix it. How? I removed the version cue from my computer. Now, I'm going to have a nice dinner ( or whatever I can buy with $39) with my girlfriend.
