I’ve always used the Automate-Batch function to crop/resize multiple images, and it has always worked without any problems, until a few days ago. I select the Set and the Actions, and click, "Okay", and nothing happens. I haven’t changed any setting on my computer or Photoshop. I can’t figure out why this is (not) happening. Any suggestions on what I can do would be much appreciated.

FYI – Adobe tech support wanted to charge me $40 for phone support because my Photoshop is an older version (only 7.0).

Well, you could try trashing your prefs. Details in the FAQs.

Mike:

This is weird. When you get this figured out, definitely post the solution, okay?

You’re not running Win95 or 98, are you?

Hoping Mike checks in and has found (and will post) his solution.

Mike:

You might try to re-record the action and specify the new action in the dialog box. The action itseld might be trashed. Also try running any other action to see what happens.
