Can someone please tell me how to add "bullets" before text (for lists or whatnot) in Photoshop 7 (Windows)? Any help will be appreciated!

Type them. There’s no automated bullet feature.

Yup, the way I do it is Alt+0183 to get the bullet character.

I use Alt+0149 for a round bullet character (make sure your Function Lock is on your numpad).

For OTHER bullet symbols, go the the Windows Start Menu>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map. Click on a bullet symbol in the font you are using, and see if it has a Alt+0xxx keyboard shortcut.

If you want something a little fancier, add a shape and then use the blending properties to bevel it and/or to add a shadow. I use this effect over a blurred background, and it really makes the bullets lift off the background. Use the grid to align them. Good luck.
