How do I get PS to correctly represent the target device’s aspect ratio (e.g. a square pixel printer) on my monitor (rectangular pixels)?

Any clues welcomed – Accurate colour profiling is all very well – but I cant even see the correct shapes in PS yet!

I suppose you need to visit Image>Pixel Aspect Ratio in CS.
