Looking for feedback on Site

Hello
Ive recently graduated from a digital design program . I have my own site up and am looking for work. I need some honest feedback from people and thought this might be a good place to ask. So if anyone would be so kind as to have a look and let me know what you think (and be honest) I'd really appreciate it. I know it still needs some work My site: www.ricochetgraphix.com
Thanks ann

Nice design!
Some places that could be improved:
* There doesn't seem to be any way to get from an illustration to the illustration menu. Below the arrows you have "home" - would be better to have a "menu."
* The Flash pages are slow to load
* The purpose and media descriptions "Bookcover" "Freehand", etc. look like links but they aren't.

Nice broad work, I like it.
On visiting your webmedia sites, after being on your first site (Vintage Villiage), your link home http://www.ricochetgraphix.com/flashst.html gives a page not found.
Otherwise, very nice, good luck in your search. It shouldn't take long to find a good job!
