Looking for something similar to NuLOOQ Tooldial software

I found the NuLOOQ Tooldial software very useful. Unfortunately, it's discontinued, and doesn't seem to work with the new Mac Leopard OS X.

Does anyone know of similar tools for the mac?

It's a programmable popup menu (arranged in concentric circles), so that you can access commonly used commands and tools quickly from the vicinity of the cursor.

They do not mention that it has been.

Requirements:

Mac OS X 10.4 or later

That does not necessarily rule out Leopard. Are you sure it will not work?

I've tried reinstalling version 1.2.1 and it still doesn't work (the system preference pane hangs).

Even if it did work, I would like to know of alternatives, as it is abandonware now.

I was hoping to hear about alternatives too, although personally I don't want another piece of hardware. I would like to see PS do something like Maya where the user has a distance menu system for beginning users and a marking menu option for advanced users. I am surprised there are not more options - maybe it's a patent thing.

Do you remember the name? Since you mentioned it I had another look around but didn't find anything. At least I looked here:

I can't speak for the OP but because PS menus and hotkeys are so well laid out that unless the plug-in worked exactly like Maya's marking menus then it would not be worth it - and I definitely do not what another piece of hardware. I would like it to be developed by Maya, supported and supplied by Wacom and endorsed by Adobe - oh yes, and be free:-)

I did some searches and couldn't find anything....

At this point, the most promising thing may be to create your own plugin or script for Photoshop.

There are some reference PDFs that come with Photoshop on script writing, but I need to figure out how to access the tools and the menus using Javascript or Applescript...

I'll ask that in a new thread.

I have a huge file of add-ons and I guess I

never saved it b/c I wasn't interested in changing the menus, for me it's fine as is

I looked and couldn't find it either sorry but it was posted in this NG awhile back

I did download and save a few things I never installed but thought I might find use for at later time
(irfranview, noise reducing plug-in etc) but couldn't find the menu enhancer
