how do i make the jpeg file clear?

I need to figure out what is in this pic here are the properties and if someone could please tell me what I can do It is very very important

You can't.

Go to Help - and in there is a little wizard (no kidding) that will help you make a transparent GIF.

You can't! or you may need to be the great-grand-master of Photoshop (or graphic master) to come up with that specific requirement.

If it's that important then I would suggest to forget it to save energy to do another important thing, cuz it's impossible.

Open it and find out. There are more stats in there such as predominant hue. If there's a lot of flesh color, just pass.

Those are simple in Photoshop. Ever used it? BTW, "exact file size" is problematic because file sizes depend upon the cluster size of the disc. So close is all you need.

May be it's too simple so I have overlooked? but I only know how to control the compression, pixel etc.. but I can't control the File Size, and if I can control the File Size then I may not be able to control one or more of other's.

You control the pixel dimensions and resulution in the Image Size dialog. You control the size of the file in the Save As or Save for Web dialog.

I will fire up my browser to check it out (I don't often have browser running), and thanks for the info, and hope it's the right answer (even I probably never use).

Also, I do know what "Save For Web" is (looked at it about 2-3 times), and saw it gives multiple choices etc..
