Brush tool stuck as crosshairs

I cannot get my brush tool to shape like a circle. It is stuck in the form of crosshairs no matter what size I make it. Anyone know why this is happening. I have looked at all the settings and see nothing unusual.

Check your caps lock. If it's locked in caps, the cross hair is all you can get.

Damm caps lock key. This happened to me a while back. Stared at the options menus 'till I was half blind before this group saved me.

The caps lock key is the Bain of PCs. Always in the way....always coming on when you don't need it. I now have a keyboard that disables the useless thing.

I hate the caps lock key.

Maybe you could remove the caps lock and throw away the key!
