change shape of healing brush to square?

in cs2, the default shape of the healing brush is round with feather edge how do i change it to square?

Pick a square brush in the Brushes palette. There should be some in there.

Pick a square brush in the Brushes palette. There should be some in there.

They are greyed out for some reason.

If I select the clone stamp, then the brushes in the brushes palette can be used.
