Upgrade from 7.0 to CS

I am wondering if I could do the following:
I am using PS V 7.0 (spanish version), and was wondering if I would upgrade to CS would I get the upgrade in English?

How much am I missing by not upgrading to 7.01? Can I upgrade to 7.01 how much and where could I get it? If I get it, would I ended up getting the upgrade in English?

7.01 is free on Adobe's site.
There is Spanish version there.
Have no idea what it will try to do if you try the 7.01 in English (probably not install, my guess).

But 7.01 is just bug fix "update", not an "upgrade".

I don't know if the English upgrade would recognize a Spanish version as a qualifying product (gut-feeling is that it probably would). Best to give Adobe Customer Services a call and check.
