Could not print "file name" because of a program error

We have just upgraded to Photoshop CS from 7.01 and we receive this error message whenever we print directly to our HP 1055. We did not receive this message with 7.01. None of the system drivers have changed, we’re on Windows XP with all the latest updates. What might be causing this message.

What size file? (in inches AND MB)
Epson has known issues with PS CS but I haven’t heard anything about HP

Any file that we send. Size doesn’t seem to be part of the equation.
