Very interesting! I don't even have an Automate folder in PS 6.
And in File/Automate there are only two options: Batch and Create Droplet.
I have found a way around the problem, but still, if such a file exists, it would be handy to have it.
Thanks.

Sorta ---- you need the plugin from PS6 ( that's the last one that didn't include the .ext) - it'll work with 7/CS. you end up with 2 versions in the 'automate' menu. for whatever reason adobe included 'picture package' in the same plugin - so you get 2 of those too.
I assume it is called the "6.01 plugins update?"
Can I download and then install in 7.0?
Or do I have to have 6.01 installed first to download and have available?
TIA

you need to have PS6 installed ( or at least unpacked - it may be on the CD somewhere but i'v never looked).
the go to the PhotoShop6.0/Plugins/Adobe Photoshop Only/Automate directory and copy the ContactSheetII.8LI ( rename it something else or y'll loose the much better functioning new version) to the same directory in the newer version of photoshop. restart PS and find out which version is which - they both have the same name in the automate menu!
