Anyone know where I can find some free graphics to download and use on my website? I need graphics (JPEG or GIF) or all the flags of the world (or most of them anyway). They don't have to be high resolution images, just a nice image of the world flag.

The best place I've found to get free world flag image downloads is the World Flag Finder at this website -- they say you can download the flags royalty-free with no cost:
http://www.chevroncars.com/wocc/lrn/world-flags/index.jhtml There are thumbnails and larger images. Countries sorted alphabetically.
