I can blur away the wrinkles; but the young people's skin looks like shining, in addition to not having wrinkles. How do I adjust the tone so that the skin looks young? Thx.

It must be that editors keep this information pretty close to the vest. I see examples all the time in magazines and on the web of people with poor complexions made to look young and attractive. It may be that pros have libraries of textures they blend but I have not found any information about it. Then again, I could be looking in the wrong places.
