What Happened to "Group with Previous"?

In PS 7 and earlier, in working on a multiple-layer image, I used to use the “Group with Previous” function to apply an adjustment to only one layer (the immediately below), or a select group of layers (those immediately below). The function was executed by the Layer>"Group with Previous” command. In PS CS I do not see this function available. How do I now accomplish a “group with previous” in PS CS, what should I do with my images that already have layers structured with “Group with Previous”, and, finally, since Photoshop CS’s “Help” does not list “Group with Previous”, under what topic or heading should I look?

Thank you.

I don’t have CS, but is Group with Previous mentioned in the help file?

It’s now called "Create Cliiping Mask" – ctl-G (same as ever).
