For Photoshop CS, how do you increase the font size and the tool bar icons? I have a Dell Inspiron 8500 widescreen with Windows XP.

If you mean the menu font size, you do this from Display Properties - Appearance - Advanced. This will affect all applications. I don't think there is any way to change the size of the icons on the PS options bar or toolbox beyond changing your monitor resolution.
