Unless they specifically say they are OS X compatible (carbonized) third party filters will not work. Not many of the old ones do. KPT 5, 6, and 7 will work in OS X but not the older ones.

I do build computers.
In fact, I’m working on 2 right now. That is why I had to sort the PS plug-ins and install on my puter before installing on new computers. I’ve built about 15 during this past year.
I’m not in business. It is just friends and aquaintances who ask me to build computers. When I build them, I install tons of software and charge 200 bucks for my time.
I am a king of software. I got more than 11 thousand titles which I’ve collected over the past 3 years. (But, I’m not here to advertise.)

I own two domain names.

I really enjoyed David Cross’s Video Learning from LearnKey.com I collect anything that moves on the net. I have all those books and whatever that you mentioned.

The reason you can’t view the pic which I linked you to is because the 2 new computers which I’m building are wireless networked and I hooked up through the "new" router at the moment and not my own. So, my site is down until I complete delivery of these 2 puters I’m presently building.

These programs "prevent" kids from accessing porno. There were 2 puters. Primary being for the parent and Secondary being for his kids.

These were the guys instructions for software installations.

Primary (adult) computer
I need to be able to conduct and manage a full business from this computer. For this I need full word processing, worksheet, presentation, accounting, labelling, web site design, flow charting etc. type of software. Anything that lets me
communicate, organize, measure and manage. I also want to be able to edit all sound and film as I intend to make a couple of documentaries. This means I need a large library of sounds and graphics and the ability to organize and edit them. For the primary, I would also like some shoot-em-up type games. I would also like to be able to control my primary computer from other remote locations – like PC anywhere. I will appreciate as much as you are able to do.

Secondary (child) computer
I have two kids -ages 8 and 9. Both of them are very
interested in computer and learning to program. My eldest has taken one programming course in visual basic and want to be able to do design his own games etc. at home. So any software that lets him design and manage his own programs and web pages will be great. They will also use it for school work and thus need all the usuall word, presentation, drawing, excel, adobe type software to communicate their thoughts. In addition, my youngsters and I plan to start experiment with a magazine for kids with other kids contributing articles. Thus software that can give the magazine a professional look would be appreciated. Both of my kids enjoy role playing games and love to explore the internet. I want to give them this freedom but would love to have some software that cuts off adult web sites and other inappropriate sites. I know there is some out there that even monitors chats as they are being conducted by them to look for inappropriate language. If you have such software, it would be great. If not, a recommendation would be appreciated. My son will also be helping be editing film and sound.

In the near future, I am also going to be buying some cameras so that we can do video chats with others.
