open photoshop from within quark express

Hi, I’ve just updated to the new version of Quark on OSX and when I double click on a jpeg file the system opens the file in "Preview". This is no good because I want to edit the file in Photoshop. How do I tell Quark to open the file in Photoshop???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
