Don’t look for a magical plugin. Buy Katrin Eismann’s book and learn how it is done. Spend some time at retouchpro.com and learn how other people solve specific challenges.Then just grab a bunch of photos, scan them, and start working with them. There are thousands of tutorials on line. Probably a dozen books I could recommend…..
