I find it frustrating that Photoshop does not have a single "Photoshop" procedure for printer settings. Within CS2 I want to set my Epson 1290 to default to my custom Epson setting of 720dpi Glossy Photo Paper, no high speed, no margins etc.
After setting this up, each time I want to make a print I have no confidence that my Epson saved settings will be used when printing from PS CS2 "print with preview". Frequently I see, or worse fail to see, that PS is about to print my photograph with "plain paper etc."
Is there somethign I can do to make my settings more "sticky"? Perhaps I am making and saving the custom setting incorrectly?
