Error message "Failed to Initialize Securtity Client. Error Code 103"???

Need I say anymore!!!! What is this all about? Any help would be great. thanks in advance

Yes. What are you trying to do? What platform, OS, program version, etc? Did it work before? Have you tried trashing preferences? Are you running an antivirus? Are you working off a network? Etc.
