I can’t figure out why the colour is shifting when I ‘save for web’.
It appears to get darker or more contrasty.
Please look at the screen cap at:

Notice the original image on the left is much lighter than the two others, which are the 2-up display of ‘save for web’. Even the center picture, which is supposed to be the ‘original’ is different from the actual original.
And yes, before you ask, I did the monitor calibration – made no difference.
Any clues on what I need to do to get this to work correctly?
