I used to own a pretty decent plug-in which simulated the raster effect of a TV screen, but it’s gone. What inexpensive plugs do that these days?

If it’s a B&W TV effect you’re after, try my Filter Foundry: http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/#filterfoundry
and load the supplied example settings file bwtv.afs
