Hi,
This is probably a silly mistake, but I’m new to this and would appreciate a little help.
I load a picture into PShop 7 and select a path. I drag this into a new image (thus creating a plain white background). In layers I ‘de-select’ the eye on the background layer making it transparent. I then save as a Tiff with save transparency selected.
For some reason when i try an import the image in to another bit of software (eg. Publisher) to create a flyer with fancy background, rather than having a transparent background It appears black.
A friend of mine follows exactly the same procedure but without any problems. I can only assume that the problem lies with something I have perhaps altered in the settings.
Many thanks in advance.
