How do I make a drop down menu with Image Ready?

I am trying to make a drop down or pull down menu using photoshop and image ready and have been having some trouble getting it to work like I want...any Ideas??

I don't think you can get the actions to work in Photoshop. How I learned to do this is in GoLive where you can change the visible/invisisble properties and add a show/hide action. May want to check the GoLive forums at this site.
