Tiling

I have a number of .jpg pictures (all 1024x768). I want them to be tiled in single .jpg image in an automatic way. Is this possible in Photoshop (or simular SW)? Thanks for any help.

Do you mean like 'contact sheet' from the file menu?

Thanks Harry. With your hint I found Contactsheet II in Photoshop7, It does exactly what I wanted.
