I am following a book to learn Photoshop Elements 2. At one point I am supposed to use the paint brush tool and then choose the mode, either MASK or SELECTION. I never have seen that choice on my system. What I get is the menu with "normal, luminosity, dissolve, darken, multiply, etc.". How do I get the menu with the two items, Mask and Selection? Dennis

I believe Photoshop Elements has a separate tool called the ‘selection brush’. It’s not the same one as the paint brush.
