Can I move and or transform images AND their paths at the same time?

Currently, if I move an image on a layer, I have to go back and select it’s path on the path tab and do a "Transform again"….just wondering, is there some way to link them both together so that when an image is changed the path automatically changes with it whether it’s a simple location move or a sizing change?

Thanks.

assign the path as a vector mask.

Jason, can you give me some more elaborate detail on your suggestion? Thanks.

With the path active in the paths palette, select the layer you want to transform – then go to Layer>Add Vector Mask>Current Path. You can then release that mask as a clipping path in the paths palette.

This only works on PS 6 and later, and wont work on the background layer.
