My only experience is with Fred's Stair Interpolation. But if it's any indication of the rest of his products, I give him a thumbs up :)

I'm tempted to buy this, but I've never purchased Fred Miranda's PS
plugins
before. Has anyone tried this or other products of his?
Thanks,
Robert

I had previously purchased one of Fred's actions (to merge pictures of differing contrast - may not be explaining that properly) and was very happy.
I just got his B&W pluggins and am delighted with the results and the amount of variables that you can control. (Also got his Frames and Infrared pluggins.)

The old Digital B&W Pro action that he had was replaced with this new BW Workflow Pro plug-in. I have both, as well as some of his other plug-ins. They have always worked very well for me. I have Photoshop 7.0.1 and they have all proven very useful.
