Photoshop 7 File Info - Origin - Date Created

Hi,
Using Photoshop 7.0 and Win XP Pro, I like to change the format of the 'Date created' ('File Info' 'Origin') from 27-Jan-2004 into this format 27/01/2004.
How to do it?

This is probably done by changing the (short?) date format in your Regional Settings control panel.
