Image Ready problem

When trying to save an image in IMAGE READY, I get the error message: "Canot complete this operation because an assertion has failed." What does this mean and how do I fix this?

I don't really know what it means, but his exact thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Here's how I fixed it:

If that doesn't work, you might have to uninstall/install.
