Why Do I Get This Message on Load? ... Photoshop Was Unable to Find the JavaSctipr Plug-in!

As soon as I load Photoshop CS2, I get the following message:

"Could not complete the command because photoshop was unable to find the JavaScript plug-in".

Photoshop continues working fine, but I do get this
message occasionally while I am working on an image.
What is this plug-in? And where do I get it?
Windows XP, Dell Dimension 8400.
Thank you!

The plugin is missing.
You need to put the plugin back where it belongs.
And the plugin came with Photoshop.
