I know it's possible to bend type layers in PhotoShop CS, but is there a way to bend a rasterised layer too?

Hehe! I think I may have to use another package to bend my image. I'm fairly sure PS cannot do it.

Yes, somewhat. Use the "Distort - Shear" filter. First, place a new anchor point in the middle. Next, move the top or the bottom points to one side.
