delete .psd files

Hi! Sometimes I’m not able to delete/modify/rename my .psd files. My OS (WinXP but also Win2000) says that that file is used by a running application… That’s not true! The only solution I found is always the same: CTRL+ALT+CANC 🙁 but sometimes isn’t enough…

if you can live without thumbnail large icons in explorer, search for and rename/delete psicon.dll. there’s an interaction problem with that dll and the os that sometimes causes what you’re experiencing.
