I need a custom shape for a postage stamp. I used to have one…then reloaded my machine. If you have one, please let me know.

It should be one of the default shapes with Photoshop. When you choose custom shapes and click the dropdown in the options bar, try the little triangle in that window to find the set containing the postage stamp.
