Is there an easy way in Photoshop to convert a 24 bit image to 12 bit image (i.e. 16x16x16=4096 colors evenly distributed)
The only solution I can think of is to seperate the R/G/B channels, dither each one to 16 ‘greys’ and combine them again.
Is there an easier way?
