Alt-click - clone, heal - FIXED... just in case you need to know

If you have had problems with heal, clone or other tools in Photoshop 7.0; updating or replacing your keyboard and mouse might do the trick.

I can only conclude XP updates have some how rendered my Omni cordless keyboard and mouse useless. The Omni and Logitech keyboards are similar looking, and the latter was reportedly linked to similar tool problems in Photoshop.

A new Microsoft keyboard and mouse... and am happily cloning and healing again ;-)

OTOH, the Logitech problem was cured simply by updating the driver...
