Is the Photoshop CS tryout a 'full' version?

By which I mean, does it have all the functions of the full CS? I've read a few posts about the slowness of CS and I want to make sure that I can judge CS accurately from the tryout.

I'd hate to buy CS on the strength of a successful tryout, only to find that the full version runs slow.
